Trying Google Groups to make communication with sports groups easier for the town.
Setup
- Create group
- Name should be <year><nrc><sport><age group>
- Options
- Access
- Only Members
- Do Not List
- Only Managers can view the group list
- Invite - unsure right now
- Post - Managers Only
- Who Can Invite - Managers & Members
- No Moderation (only Managers can post)
- Email Delivery
- Set Prefix to Group Name (shorten)
- Replies are sent to the owners of the group. (means that Coaches will need to be raised to owners)
- Set Footer message (remove posting to group portion)
- Access
Testing
